We ship via trusted courier services including GDex, J&T, Poslaju and more.

Cancellation Policy

All sales are considered final once the order is confirmed. We do not accept cancellations or changes post-purchase. Please double-check your cart before completing the order.

- Proof of purchase is required (order number or invoice).
- Products that have been tampered with, installed, or damaged by the user are not eligible for return.
- All return shipping costs are to be borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

Return Procedure

Step 2: Send a picture (4 pictures from the side, front, back, right, and left, and a video of the item that you want to return to our WhatsApp or email.)
Step 3: Pack your product. Ensure that the product being returned does not have the seal broken and is intact as delivered.
